Absolutely! We make extensions easy. Just contact your account manager at least 30 days before your lease ends, and we'll work with you to extend at the same property or relocate to a different one. Many of our residents extend multiple times.

Our 24/7 support team is here to help! Report any maintenance issues through our resident portal, app, or by calling support. We'll coordinate repairs quickly, usually within 24-48 hours for non-emergency issues. Emergency maintenance is handled immediately.
